So it is to become an offence to incite religious hatred? Will that include equating other religions with the forbidden practice of worshipping false idols? Will it include the claim "the Lord thy God is a jealous god". Perhaps not, but it seems certain that inciting, indeed commanding, not merely hatred of but violence against Wiccans must be covered. We can reasonably assume that publishing the commandment "thou shallt not suffer a witch to live" will be criminalised. Will publishers and distributors of the Bible be prosecuted?
